• NO Participant can be Replaced/Exchanged once registered.
• At the time of registration, the total amount should be paid.
• The given price does not include online bank transfer fee or taxes.
• A fee of $150 will be charged for any withdrawal after the registration once done.
• The registration fee will be refunded if the visa gets refused except for the embassy fee &  Processing Charges.
• The payment shall be made all in advance, and then the visa invitation letter will be generated for the applicants.
• If the applicant fails to acquire the U.S. visa for a legitimate reason, only USD 50$ will be nonrefundable. The remaining amount will be transferred to the original paid source within 15 working days.
• Dollar has been charged @290 Rs including international transaction charges, if there is any change in the dollar rate, participants will have to pay the balance amount before traveling date.
• The embassy fee & processing charges is nonrefundable.
• NASA will provide Certificates at the end of each program.
• The NASA fee is only refundable 60 days before the program date.
• The Program will be held as per Space Education Center schedule.
• Only One guardian is allowed to accompany during the Program.
• When the students are at the NASA campus, we will arrange a different program for Guardians.
• Lunch and dinner are excluded.
• Organizers reserve the right to cancel the camp due to unforeseen circumstances, Refunds will be issued in case of cancellation.
• Organizers are not liable for injuries or damages arising from participation.
• Organizers reserve the right to use participant images for promotional purposes.
• Organizers ensure adequate supervision and safety measures.
•Participants must adhere to camp rules and guidelines.
• Participants must disclose medical conditions and allergies.
• Organizers reserve the right to request medical clearance.
• Emergency contact information must be provided.
• Participants must respect fellow campers, staff, and facilities / Bullying, harassment, or destructive behavior will result in dismissal.
• The Organization shall not be liable for any losses Force Majeure Clause.
• Lunch will be available at NASA facilities during the NASA Programs, but the applicants will be responsible for covering the cost.
• All participant/Guardians are bound to proceed and return exclusively with the team on the given date and time.
• Appointment scheduling is contingent upon the approval of USA embassy it should be Islamabad or Karachi & everyone should come there by them self.
 
 
• Please fill in the Participant information carefully as per your Institution’s office record using CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY.
• These particulars will appear on the Participant certificates. 
• A separate registration form should be filled for each participant & guardian.
• The fee for the event will be paid through Deposit Slip / Bank Draft/Pay Order/Internet Banking, in favor of SPACE EDUCATION CENTER.
